JyotishPlus strives to provide high-quality astrology services and products. By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you agree to the following refund terms:

Subscription IconDigital Products and Services

Personalized horoscope PDFs, astrology reports, and other digital content are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical issues preventing delivery of the purchased digital product, or in cases of duplicate payments.
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with valid proof of payment and reason for the refund.

Subscription IconSubscriptions

  • Subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly) are billed in advance.
  • No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods.
  • You may cancel future auto-renewals at any time to avoid being billed for the next period.

Live consultations (chat, call, or video) are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.

Refunds may be considered only if the consultation was not delivered due to technical failures on JyotishPlus' side.

  • Refunds or exchanges for physical products (rudraksha, gemstones, bracelets, etc.) are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and approval is at the sole discretion of JyotishPlus.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
